We are a new and small business. We will look at every situation carefully and try to resolve it quickly. Due to our small staff, it might take us a little longer to get back to you. We also cannot offer full-refunds just on a request - we will look at every situation and try to be as fair as possible. Thank you for understanding.

Requesting A Refund?
If you would like a REFUND please contact us at Please make sure to include your Full Name, Order Number, and Best Contact Number along with pictures (if applicable) and a detailed description of what went wrong. Please give our customer support team 2 business days to respond.

Please Note: For your order to be eligible for a REFUND, the order must have arrived damaged. We include sizing charts for many of our products and we encourage you to select the size best for you carefully. For incorrect sizes, we cannot provide you with a REFUND unless you RETURN your item to us (you pay the shipping). We recommend that you contact support for further information. STORE CREDIT may be available instead of returning the product to us.

Never Received My Order
If you never received your item, please email us and our customer support team will look at the tracking. If it was the vendors mistake we will try to resolve it for you. If you mistakenly provided an incorrect shipping address, we may not be able to correct this, but we will try if the item has not yet been shipped. Also, if you are not home to receive your package, after a few attempts the shipping company may return it to us; for this, we cannot be held responsible but we can provide you with a tracking number and tracking information. If the tracking shows it was delivered safely in your local postal mail service like USPS or Canada Post, you will have to file a claim with your local post office. Please understand we are a small business and cannot be responsible for the mistake of your local postal service or shipping company within your country at this time.

Need To Return An Item?
Did you order the wrong size? Forgot to read the size chart? Are unhappy with the order and would like to return it. Please email us at explaining your reason for the return. Our company policy is to NOT accept returns that are based on customer error. We do our best to state on the product pages the information that will be important to our customers including but not limited to the size chart so our customers can place the correct order. Our team will work with you but please note that the only option we will be able to offer will be STORE CREDIT.

If you do return your order, please note there will be a $10-$25 re-stocking processing fee depending on the item that will be deducted from the refund. If you would like to exchange it, we will give you the item for FREE or Hugely Discounted as long as you cover the Shipping & Handling.

Order Changes: Placed An Order And Want To Change It?
We totally understand that sometimes you will have a change of heart. We try and process orders as quickly as possible to make sure the shipping times are as short as possible, especially since the products may be coming from across the world. If we have processed your order, which typically happens within 6 business hours, we will not able able to make any changes to your order because we would have sent your order to the fulfillment center and we would have no way of intercepting it. We will gladly offer you store credit for the items you did not want and a significant discount code for new items you'd like to order. Please contact us at and let us know how we can make it right.

Refund Process (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item you purchased never arrived (verified by our tracking information) due to a fulfillment error - you will be granted a refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the typical banking processing period.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be posted excluding holidays once you receive the Refund Email Confirmation. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. The processor and your bank have their own processing times that may vary depending on your bank, the country you live in and the merchant processing regulations.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Partial refunds may be approved by management.

Partial Refunds (if applicable) team will evaluate every situation on a case by case basis and determine a fair refund amount for both the customer and the costs of the company.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, send us an email at and we will assist you.

We will do our best to work with you and make you, our customer, happy. Please be aware that an additional shipping fee will be charged for the new order.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate and or discount code will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We will do our best to work with our customers to come to a fair and equitable understanding.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $20 USD, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Thank you.
